The Role:

As a Refrigeration and A/C Technician at Elite Refrigeration, you'll be working on a variety of commercial equipment, including ice machines, blast freezers, walk-in chillers, chilled water, air handling units, VRF systems, process chillers and commercial rack systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strong technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Exceptional customer service.

Mentoring and leading other Technicians.

Refrigeration tasks, including service, installation and breakdowns.

Ice machine experience (desired by not essential).

Demonstrating expertise in rack systems (desired but not essential).

HVAC service and installation works.

Taking pride in the quality of your work.

Being available to work on an on-call rotational roster.

Requirements:

You must meet the following requirements:

2 years' experience as a Refrigeration and A/C Technician.

Current manual driver's license.

Valid trade and ARCtick licenses.

Valid Qld Restricted Electrical.

Able to complete Police checks and hold a Blue Card.

QBCC Mechanical license.

Australian resident.
