We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Garden Maintenance Tradesperson to join our growing Sydney team and help us deliver high-quality work across some of the city’s most stunning landscapes.

About You

You’re a hands-on professional who knows their way around a garden and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. You take ownership, lead by example, and take pride in your work.

You'll need:

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Experience in garden maintenance (commercial or residential)
• Ability to work independently and mentor apprentices
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A trade qualification in Horticulture (highly regarded but not essential)
• Great people skills and a positive attitude - we’re big on teamwork and good energy
