The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing precious metals, including gold and silver, while providing effective and professional customer service. A 3-month paid training program is required at our Brisbane Gold Brokers location in Queen Street Mall.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating Items: Accurately assess the value of various items, such as jewelry, electronics, and precious metals, to determine their worth for loans or purchase.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with pawn loans, buybacks, and sales, ensuring all transactions are handled professionally and respectfully.

3. Loan Management: Process and manage pawn loans, including calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment terms, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that items are displayed attractively and that the store environment is welcoming to customers.

5. Dispute Resolution: Handle customer complaints or disputes professionally, working to resolve issues in a manner that maintains customer relationships and upholds the store's reputation.
