General Practitioners working in Urgent Care Clinic Paediatrics - located in Monash Children's Hospital

We are an independent and privately owned healthcare organisation delivering a range of health services across all of Melbourne.

We currently have positions available for VR General Practitioners interested in working in one of our Urgent Care Clinics specialising in Pediatrics. This clinic is co-located at the Monash Children's Hospital.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of paediatric experience.

FRACGP fellowship completion is required for this position.

The shifts are 6pm - 11pm weeknights, and 12.30pm - 6pm or 6pm - 11pm Saturday or 11.15am - 6pm or 6pm - 11pm Sunday (the weekends can be worked as one long shift if preferred)

We provide urgent care for injuries and illnesses including:

Mild to moderate infections.

Fever.

Pain when urinating.

Suspected fractures and sprains.

Back and muscle pain.

Minor cuts, burns, and insect or animal bites.

Heartburn, vomiting, nausea.

Headaches, migraines, and brief fainting or fitting.

Constipation diarrhoea, abdominal pain.

Allergies and rashes.

Mild to moderate asthma attacks, coughs and other respiratory symptoms.

Our PMS is Best Practice and we are fully integrated with the latest versions.
