What You’ll Do

• Deliver trauma-informed behaviour support and tailored social work interventions to children and adults
• Conduct functional assessments, develop behaviour support plans, and provide counselling and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with families, educators, and support networks to build resilience and independence
• Work across homes, schools, and community settings with clients close to home.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior BSPs or social work team members
• Maintain a sustainable caseload with just 5 billable hours per day, including travel
• Participate in weekly supervision, peer debriefs, and multidisciplinary collaboration

What You’ll Bring

• NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Proficient or Advanced)
• Degree in Social Work and eligibility for AASW membership
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a passion for person-centred, trauma-informed care
• Experience or interest in mentoring and clinical supervision
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating virtually with a supportive team
