We're seeking a Mobile Plant Mechanic Trainer who is passionate about mentoring the next generation of tradespeople while also upskilling existing workforce. Based in Perth corporate office, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-impact training that supports operational excellence across our national projects.

The Role:
Reporting to the Training & Development superintendent, you’ll assist in delivering practical, engaging training that helps build capability and ensure compliance. You’ll use digital tools and in-person delivery to reach a wide workforce.
Key Duties:
- Assist in developing and delivering training
- Run face-to-face and virtual sessions
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure quality content
- Help identify training needs and support improvement projects
Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Mobile maintenance Trade
- Current expertise in Mobile Plant Mechanics
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
- Experience delivering AUR training package material
- Skilled in developing AUR-aligned training resources
- Caterpillar product knowledge or other OEM (advantageous)
