WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Confident on the phone – you enjoy speaking with people and can handle calls with ease.

Customer-focused – you listen, build rapport, and understand customer needs.

Resilient & motivated – you stay positive, persistent, and focused on achieving targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to new & existing customers.

Generate leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach.

Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.

Follow up with customers via phone and email to build strong relationships.

Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update customer databases.

Track and report on calls and leads , etc.

ABOUT YOU:

Experience in manufacturing, transport, 4x4, agriculture, construction, or fabrication industries (essential)

Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage

Confident and professional phone manner with excellent communication skills

Fluent in English

Persistent, goal-driven, and proactive

WORK SCHEDULE:

Part-time role: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week).

Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Remuneration: Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Location: St Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).
