About the role

Swan Haulage is seeking an experienced HC Truck and Dog Driver to join our team in Maitland, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across regional and metropolitan areas.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating HC class trucks and dog trailers to transport goods

Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are roadworthy

Adhering to all relevant road rules, transport regulations and company policies

Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients

Maintaining accurate trip logs and documentation

Assisting with loading and unloading goods as required

What we're looking for

Current HC class driver's licence

Minimum 2 years' experience operating HC class trucks and dog trailers

Strong knowledge of road rules and transport regulations

Excellent driving skills and safe driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective communication and customer service skills

Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
