We are looking for a Full time Cert IV nurse/vet tech. Our Vet tech is heading off to St George and we are looking to replace her.

Enjoy a balanced full-time schedule, working Monday to Friday with just one Saturday morning every four weeks. When you cover a Saturday, you’ll be rewarded with the following Friday afternoon off. Forget after-hours shifts—your evenings are yours, and you’ll always have a dedicated lunch break.

We have a small team, with everyone multitasking throughout the surgery. The job will consist of a mixture of medical and surgical nursing, reception, and laboratory work. X-ray license can be arranged for the right candidate.

The applicant

Applicants must have evidence of quality experience working in clinics. We are looking for a vet tech or Cert 4 but would also consider an experienced Cert 4 trainee. We are happy to help with the training.

The person we are looking for must be keen to continue their professional journey, be eager to grow professionally and embody our clinic's values.

Added Bonus would be:

· knowledge of small exotics and wildlife medicine or excited to learn

· Interest in or ability to run a puppy preschool

· microchipping license

· familiarity with petbooqz software systems

· Ability to scale and polish, and take dental X- rays.
