We are looking for self-motivated person(s) with experience in concrete structures and industrial jobs.

Requirements & Skills: Formwork Carpenter

Hold a trade certificate in Carpentry

Experienced in all aspects of formwork including general experience with reinforcement and concrete

Experience with suspended works and slab on ground works is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail and quality

Be physically fit and able to perform manual work

Able to be an integral part of the team

Have the ability to accurately read all types of construction plans

Take responsibility for allotted tasks, a good work ethic and have pride in the completed job

Experienced in use of associated equipment, tools and care thereof

Solid understanding of OHS Procedures, and compliance with Industry OHS Procedures

Working alongside sub-contractors to ensure safety, quality, program are up to standard and report deficiencies to the Foreman

Hold a General Safety Awareness Card - Red / White Card

Driver's Licence essential.

Experience is certainly required but attitude is key, the right candidates must have a pro-active, can-do attitude and above all must be a team player. Flexible hours of work will be required from time to time to meet deadlines.
