Hoile Electrical offers a great pay rate from $40-$50/hr meaning there is room to grow, we also have a bonus incentive so that you have uncapped earning potential! We have an awesome energetic team that supports one another and treat each other as equals from apprentices to fully qualified electricians.

We provide a monthly RDO as its not all work with out a little play, a work vehicle so you can deliver a great electrical service, AirPods to help with on site efficiencies, a gym membership and a monthly hair cut to keep you at your best.

We start every day with a structured schedule on Service m8, you will have your own work vehicle that you will be responsible for managing. We have a great team that you will be able to stay in communication with throughout the day and on bigger jobs you'll be able to have an apprentice as a second pair of hands to help you out. Weekly team strategy meeting / coffee catch ups. We also have a very diverse work load and are always on different site, locations and types of jobs.

We mainly do domestic electrical work and some commercial. This includes everything from renovations, rewires, installs and maintenance with a mix of and Air conditioning installs if you aren't trained in all these areas please do not stress we are willing to provide the training and help you grow.
