Our purpose-built Campus is located within Norton Plaza, on level two of the Business Centre, 55 Norton Street, and is just down the road from Palace Norton. With a number of local parks and reserves within walking distance, and many local cafes, there is plenty of life surrounding our Leichhardt childcare centre!

With three dedicated outdoor play areas - featuring sandpits, a large bike track with bikes and scooters and an edible garden - children can enjoy creating, exploring and leading their own play. Our six age-based indoor spaces have been specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

Centre Director opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong ECT or Diploma qualified advocate and leader to join the OAC family as Director of our wonderful Rose Bay service.

You will be joining our organisation at an exciting time as we have just rolled out our CD training program for 2025. You will take part in a new initiative we are running to enable our Directors to become the ‘CEO of their Campus'.

As Centre Director you will manage the operations of the centre with a particular focus on our 5 key pillars: People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial performance. We will provide you with the tools, mentoring and technology to enable you to succeed in the role.

We want to support you through mentorship and training to take autonomy for running the business so you can take pride in your leadership style and develop your career. We hope to shape future OAC leaders and offer exciting internal progression opportunities within our education, pedagogy, safety and operations teams.
