About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Strata Cleaner who takes pride in transforming spaces and enjoys making a difference every day. You will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and the visual appeal of common areas in our client's residential and commercial buildings. Your efforts will help to create comfortable, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, and you’ll work both independently and with a team to keep these properties looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Perform routine cleaning tasks across common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and shared facilities.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.

Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recyclables in designated areas, keeping these spaces tidy and orderly.

Maintain cleanliness in garbage and recycling areas and handle waste according to recycling guidelines.

Perform occasional deep-cleaning tasks or special projects to enhance the property’s appeal.

Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, reporting any maintenance needs or repair requirements.

Respond to cleaning requests or urgent tasks as they arise, keeping the property consistently welcoming and well-maintained.
