Job Description – Commercial Cleaner (IMMEDIATE START – 5:00 AM Shift with Own Vehicle)

We are a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company servicing corporate offices, government facilities, medical clinics, and high-traffic commercial sites. Due to new contract acquisitions, we are urgently seeking experienced commercial cleaners with their own vehicle, available to start at 5:00 AM. Residential cleaning makes up less than 10% of the role and is assigned only when required.

This position is mobile-based, servicing multiple commercial sites per shift. You will typically complete one major clean in the morning followed by one or two shorter commercial cleans, with travel between sites kept within a 10–15 minute radius. Some shifts may be dedicated to a single commercial location depending on contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain commercial office spaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, and amenities

Perform detailed cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, sanitising bathrooms, and emptying bins

Clean internal glass and entryways to ensure presentation standards

Follow commercial site checklists and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes

Use commercial-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly

Ensure security protocols are followed, including alarm systems and site access procedures

Occasionally perform residential-style cleans (under 10% of total work) for high-value commercial clients’ executive properties

Requirements (Only Apply If You Meet All the Essentials)

Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence – non-negotiable

Available for the Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Previous commercial cleaning experience highly desirable

Strong understanding of professional cleaning standards and WHS procedures

Able to work independently and maintain consistency across multiple sites

Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work

Good communication and ability to follow site-specific instructions

Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks
