We’re expanding, not replacing. This new role suits an experienced criminal lawyer (2+ years PQE) seeking better work-life balance and leaving behind the pressures of Legal Aid clients or poorly managed firms.

About the Role

You’ll work from home full-time, appearing in courts from northern Brisbane to the Gold Coast (occasional regional travel). Handle criminal and traffic matters from start to finish, supported by experienced admin staff and modern, cloud-based systems.

There are no timesheets, KPIs, or Legal Aid files — just quality advocacy and genuine client service.

$110,000+ base salary, plus super, plus revenue sharing for new clients bought in by you. Salary review each year

About You

Admitted lawyer with a current QLD practising certificate (or ability to obtain it)

At least 2 years’ experience in criminal and traffic law

Strong advocacy and client communication skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely

Drivers licence and own vehicle
