About the role

EPT Coaching is seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in our Subiaco, WA location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing personalised fitness training and coaching to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Delivering one-on-one and two-on-one personal training sessions to clients

Developing tailored fitness programs to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals

Providing expert advice and guidance on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle factors to support client progress

Maintaining detailed client records and monitoring progress

Participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Ensuring a safe and positive training environment for all clients

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Science, Personal Training (cert 3&4), or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and coach clients

Ability to design and deliver innovative, results-driven training programs

Current first aid and CPR certification

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals

Additional skills that are not required however useful:

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles

Prior experience with clients in a gym or studio setting

Salary

Level 1 coaches - $65,000 base + quarterly performance bonus + super

Level 2 coaches - $70,000 base + quarterly performance bonus + super
