• $65k Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (OTE $150k++)

🔧 The Role

• Make outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to find and close new business
• Manage the inbound leads
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Stay organised and keep your pipeline up to date using CRM tools
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and results-driven service

• Experience in direct or phone sales is ideal
• Solar or renewable energy sales experience is a bonus
• You’re confident, driven, and love chasing targets
• Strong communication skills — you know how to connect with people
