Blue Bungalow is a leading and innovative online fashion retailer, with its fast growing Fulfilment Centre and Retail Store based on Kingsford Smith Drive. We are creative, data-driven and always striving to achieve our goal of establishing Blue Bungalow as a leading women’s fashion & lifestyle brand in Australia and all over the world. Over the last decade, Blue Bungalow has grown from a local summer fashion lifestyle brand to an established eCommerce business with a global presence, and a team of over 100.

We are seeking reliable and experienced Baristas/Retail Stock Assistants/Pick Packers to join our Retail Store and Fulfilment Centre operation to support our busy summer season. In this customer-facing role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer shopping and cafe experience.

3-4 casual shifts per week, between the operating hours of 8am-5pm M-F. Must be available to work Saturdays, 8.30am-4pm.

Responsibilities for the various roles include:

Making great coffee for Retail customers in our super cute coffee van

Set up and clean down of coffee machine/workspace

Weekly ordering of coffee van supplies

Presentation of the outdoor cafe area, including tables, rubbish removal and watering plants

Frequent moving of stock items to/from the Retail Store for customer requests

Assisting Retail team with general duties including steaming and tidying store

Picking and packing online customer orders in the Fulfilment Centre

About You:

To be successful you will have:

Barista experience and a talent for making great coffee

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for delivering a positive customer experience

A great track record of reliable attendance

Proven ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced team environment

Confidence in learning new tech and adapting to digital fulfilment duties
