Metal Master Roofing and Cladding Supplies is a trusted supplier to the roofing and construction industry. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our friendly team in Smithfield.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised. You'll be supporting our office and sales team with day-to-day administration and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Processing orders and assisting with invoices

• General office duties (filing, scanning, emails, etc.)

• Providing administrative support to the sales and warehouse teams

Requirements

• Must have own transportation and a valid driver's licence

• Must have full work rights in Australia

• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

• Previous office or administration experience preferred

• Confident using computers and Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data sorting)

• Friendly, organised, and able to multitask

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm (subject to change, occasionally 6am start required)
