In the role of Senior Manager, you will lead efforts to strengthen governance and controls within the groups Central Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and overseeing effective Finance Governance Forums
• Supporting control owners with policy and standards implementation
• Driving continuous improvement and leading process/control deep-dive reviews
• Assessing and escalating issues across finance teams where relevant
• Leading control improvement projects such as optimizing the Financial Reporting Value Chain

What you’ll bring:

• CA qualified
• Experience in a financial institution or a consultancy environment
• Deep understanding of finance functions within a financial services environment, particularly financial and regulatory reporting and viewing from a controls perspective
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence at senior level
