The position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of production equipment
• Machining, welding and fabrication tasks to restore or enhance equipment performance
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

• A Certificate III - mechanical trade qualification is essential
• Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• A team player mentality with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high attention to detail
• Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

Hours & Rates

7 shifts per fortnight - rostered weekends paid at penalty rates

$135k p/a + overtime + super
