Now, we're expanding our Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) team in NSW and we need YOU to help lead the way!

What You'll Do
Develop and implement proactive, person-centred behaviour support plans (BSPs).
Conduct functional behaviour assessments and create data-driven strategies.
Support the safe and ethical use of restrictive practices where necessary, ensuring all interventions comply with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regulations.
Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and carers to ensure high-quality support.
Support and train support workers and stakeholders to put BSPs into action.
Continuously review and refine BSPs to match evolving participant needs.

What You Bring:
MUST HAVE: A BSP qualification (minimum Core), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Current Working With Children's Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker's Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Added bonus: relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Allied Health (e.g., Speech Pathology).
A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of behaviour support.
