About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Baker to join our friendly team at Brumby’s Bakery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced, early-morning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products including bread, rolls, pastries, and specialty items

Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and freshness

Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards

Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor stock levels and assist with ingredient ordering and storage

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Assist with customer service as required, ensuring a friendly and professional manner

Skills & Experience

Previous baking experience (preferred but training available for the right candidate)

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
