As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group are the largest automotive dealer group in tropical Cairns – North Queensland, with the strong appeal of thirteen desirable new car brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We require a passionate and dedicated driver who can add value and support to our service department.

The successful candidate will be mature minded and have the ability to work autonomously, while also being part of our great work environment.

They will have previous experience dealing with the public and a desire to take on new tasks and systems with enthusiasm.

Previous experience as a courtesy bus driver or similar role would be required, additionally motor dealership experience would be highly regarded however not crucial.

A minimum of 2+ years of courtesy bus driver or similar customer transport experience is required for this position.

Professional presentation, a professional attitude and great communication skills are essential.

A willingness to work hard and develop as an integral team member is absolutely vital.

The role is not limited to driving as other ad hoc tasks maybe required e.g. washing cars, picking up of parts etc.

The successful applicant will be a customer service professional and a good time manager as punctuality is core to this role.

Would suit a retired/former professional driver with intimate knowledge of Cairns CBD.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Current valid driver's license required with clean driving history.

A clean driving history is defined as having no major offences on your driving record.

Ideal candidate will be outgoing & personable as customer interactions are a high priority.

Ability to communicate efficiently and accurately both verbally and through written form.

Team player who enjoys working in a large team environment

Knowledge of local area highly regarded.
