The details…

Here at our Wetherill Park depot we are looking to welcome a positive, energetic team leader to our fun and welcoming Operations Team.

• Shifts will run between 10am - 6pm approx.
• Work 3-5 shifts per week
• Shift length 6-8 hours (24-35 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday roster

You have strong experience and understanding of warehouse operations, voice picking and correct food handling procedures. Your previous experience and ability to successfully lead and mentor a team will see you succeed in this great opportunity.

Please note

• Due to the variety and volumes of our products, candidates should be aware that working with certain food products, e.g. meats, dairy or gluten-based items is a requirement of this role.
• Payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants.

To be successful in the role, you can offer the following

• Safety first - we are all responsible!
• Team leader/Supervisor experience in a warehouse setting with strong abilities and skills to lead, organise and support our friendly team
• Voice picking proficiency
• Stocktaking
• Warehouse operations/coolroom work
• Forklift licence highly regarded
• MR/HR licence highly regarded
• Physically capable of bending, lifting up to 25kgs, twisting, stretching and reaching forward frequently, without discomfort
• Perform repetitive work while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Reliable and punctual commitment to the opportunity
• You are a strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Great communication skills at all levels and comfortable with numbers and computers
