Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Domestic Assistants to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting elderly clients in their homes by delivering essential in-home cleaning and domestic services, social support and shopping. This role involves travel to client homes across NSW and working closely with a clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and respectfully.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general household support including cleaning, tidying, laundry, and organising in line with client preferences

Travel to various client homes within New South Wales

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service delivery

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to meet their individual needs

Handle all interactions with discretion, empathy, and professionalism

Work collaboratively in pairs to ensure effective task completion

Requirements

Willingness to travel to multiple locations within New South Wales

A current and clear NSW criminal record check (mandatory)

Previous experience in domestic assistance or cleaning (preferred, not essential)

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Availability during school hours is highly desirable

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential
