TMCS Physiotherapy is based inside Fitness First Castle Towers, in the heart of Castle Hill — one of Sydney’s fastest-growing suburbs. With thousands of gym members passing our clinic each week, there is strong and consistent demand for physiotherapy services.

Our current team includes a part-time Physiotherapist and a part-time Exercise Physiologist. The clinic enjoys high visibility, strong gym referral potential, and a steady flow of walk-ins and member enquiries.

The Opportunity — Partnership & Ownership Pathway

This is not just another physio job. We are seeking an experienced and business-minded Physiotherapist who wants to take the next step towards clinic ownership.

Stage 1: Join TMCS as a contractor — build and manage your own patient list with full clinical autonomy.

Stage 2: After a successful period and mutual fit, there will be an opportunity for partial ownership (buy-in).

Stage 3: In the longer term, a clear, structured pathway to full ownership of the Castle Hill clinic, including mentorship and business transition support.

This is ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on patient care with the chance to develop business and leadership skills — without the risks of starting from scratch.

Mentorship and growth — ongoing guidance from the clinic owner in business development, leadership, and the pathway to partnership or future ownership

Clear, genuine progression towards partial buy-in and eventual full ownership for the right candidate who demonstrates commitment, performance, and alignment with the clinic’s values

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy to a diverse client base

Actively engage with Fitness First members and the local community to build your caseload

Collaborate with the wider TMCS team to deliver integrated Allied Health services

Contribute to social media and marketing activities to promote your profile and the clinic

Participate in clinic projects and business growth initiatives

About You

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (AHPRA registration required)

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience

Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in clinic ownership

Eligible to work in Australia
