This is not a traditional consulting role.

Their investment in technology, automation and dedicated support staff allows consultants to focus purely on client relationships, creative problem-solving, and reward optimisation.

You’ll work with premium clients, turning reward points into luxury travel experiences that truly "wow". Supported by advanced systems and a dedicated operations team, you’ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best — creating unforgettable journeys.

This is a full-time role offering a high base salary plus uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to earn what you’re really worth.

the role:

Design and manage luxury international itineraries using reward points and paid fares

Provide expert advice on frequent flyer, credit card and loyalty program optimisation

Deliver seamless, end-to-end client service with care and precision

Collaborate with dedicated ticketing, operations and admin teams for maximum efficiency

Work with high-value clients who appreciate your expertise and insight

More than 2+ years’ travel consulting experience (retail, online or corporate)

Strong GDS skills (Sabre preferred) and knowledge of airfare construction

Sharp attention to detail, strong communication and problem-solving skills

A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
