What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial roofing projects
• Strong skills in metal roofing, re-roofing, and cladding installation
• Sound understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively on-site
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Current White Card and Working at Heights certification
• Trade qualification in Roofing or relevant experience highly regarded
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and uphold company standards
