What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance

In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repairs, and fault finding

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Experience with CCTV drain inspections and clearing blockages

Your Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial systems, including sewer, water, gas, and annual testing of TMVs and backflow devices

Diagnose and resolve issues such as leaks, blockages, and system failures

Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient job completion

Accurately complete reports and documentation

Maintain adherence to all relevant plumbing regulations and safety standards
