If you’re in land development design engineering (anywhere from 3 to 23 years’ experience), we’d love to hear from you. We’re open to unicorns - and the budding ones too.

Current Opportunities

• Principal – Design Lead
  Lead strategic design on key projects and a team of 15 design engineers. A meaty role, and one of only a handful like it in Melbourne.
• Associate – Design
  Lead projects, not people. Perfect if you’re technically sharp, love problem-solving and want to stay hands-on.
• Senior Civil Design Engineer
  Grow your career under respected technical mentors. There’s a clear path here, and people who’ll help you get there.
• Civil Design Engineer
  Ready to learn? You’ll have support, mentoring and exposure to great projects from day one.

What we’re looking for

• Degree +/- post grad qualifications
• Greenfield and brownfield land development experience (ideally in Victoria)
• Competence in 12D within a commercial setting
