At Tradesales, we design and manufacture modified container solutions such as site offices, crib rooms, ablution blocks and more — supporting industries across Australia. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a reliable and skilled General Tradesperson to join our container fit-out team at our Grass Valley workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fit-out and modify shipping containers for industrial and commercial use

Install doors, windows, cladding, insulation, and fixtures

Carry out basic carpentry, welding, grinding, and general fabrication

Read shop drawings and work to build specs

Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and project teams

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in carpentry, fabrication, or similar hands-on trade
✅ Ability to read plans and use power/hand tools with confidence
✅ Team player with a good work ethic and a safety-first mindset
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working in/around container structures
✅ Forklift ticket and/or White Card (desirable but not essential)
✅ Welding experience (a bonus!)
