Salary Range: $110,695 TO $136,747 per annum pending experience + Super + Allowances

Help shape positive learning, wellbeing and life outcomes for students by joining our dedicated school community as a Guidance Counsellor/Psychologist.

In this role, you’ll provide professional expertise, leadership and compassionate support to foster the social, emotional and educational wellbeing of students. You’ll work collaboratively with staff, families and the wider community to design and deliver programs that build resilience, confidence and personal growth.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll embrace the school’s mission, prioritise student safety and wellbeing, and help create a welcoming, supportive environment where every learner feels they belong.

Working across preventative, early intervention and responsive approaches, you’ll play a vital part in empowering students to thrive - both at school and beyond. You’ll also enjoy the rhythm of the school year, with regular breaks during school holidays that support your own wellbeing while you support others.
