We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our small team based in Berrinba. This is a hands-on role with future leadership opportunities for the right candidate.

You will be working across all warehouse functions, including forklift operation, order processing, and inventory management. The successful candidate will also be expected to eventually lead a small team, but initially will be heavily involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts

Unload and load trucks efficiently and safely

Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning devices

Accurately enter and process orders in our WMS (CargoWise)

Assist in general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar warehouse role (minimum 2 years preferred)

Valid forklift licence – both high reach and counterbalance essential

Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Proficiency with CargoWise is highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic

Must have own reliable transport

Must be based in Australia
