As an Operations Officer, you'll be integral to customer service, stakeholder communication and operational management, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• Delivering frontline customer service, resolving complaints, and preparing materials for ministerial and other official correspondence.
• Offering advice to industry and stakeholders on relevant legislation, policy and operational procedures.
• Monitoring key data systems, including the School Transport Information Management System, ensuring transparency and good governance.
• Coordinating and overseeing the operation of specialised school transport services.
• Assisting in monitoring performance under service contracts, with a focus on compliance and operational delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• A criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
• A current C class driver licence is required.
• Some intra-state travel may be required.
