About the role

Beyond Solar is seeking passionate and dedicated Solar Apprentices to join our team in Sydney. As a Solar Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the renewable energy industry, working alongside experienced professionals to install, maintain, and repair solar power systems. This full-time role offers a structured training program and the chance to contribute to the sustainability of our local community.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the installation of electrical systems, solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and other components

Participate in the maintenance and repair of existing solar power systems

Gain hands-on experience in electrical wiring, system testing, and troubleshooting

Contribute to the company's ongoing efforts to promote renewable energy solutions

Undertake formal training and education to obtain your electrical and solar installer qualifications

What we're looking for

Strong interest and aptitude in the renewable energy industry and electrical work

Willingness to learn and a commitment to completing your solar electrician apprenticeship

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety protocols

Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of sustainable energy solutions
