Maxwell Sparx Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and qualified Electrical Tradesman to join our growing team. We specialise in high-end residential builds, bathroom and kitchen renovations, solar installations, and security systems — including alarms, CCTV, intercoms, and access control.

About You:

Fully qualified and licensed electrician (NSW electrical licence required)

Current manual driver’s licence

Experience in residential, solar, and/or security systems preferred

Ability to work independently and maintain high workmanship standards

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Duties:

Perform electrical work for new builds, renovations, and fit-outs

Install and service solar systems and energy solutions

Install and maintain security, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems

Work collaboratively with builders, clients, and team members
