Our Client is a dynamic warehouse operation looking for LO / LF Operators who are physically fit, reliable, and ready to contribute to a high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners

Loading and unloading goods as required

Operate high reach and order pickers

Meeting KPI targets for productivity and accuracy

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

Skills & Requirements:

Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (up to 25kg) and extended periods of standing

Must have extensive experience on high reach and order pickers (2+ years experience)

Experience in logistics, warehousing, or order fulfillment preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Valid LF (high reach) and LO (order picking) forklift licence required

Previous experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems

Full Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
