Step up and take the lead on B2B marketing in a standalone, hands-on role.
This newly created position is ideal for an experienced marketing coordinator or specialist ready to take the next step and own the marketing function for a leading wholesale tile supplier. You’ll be the driving force behind all campaigns, collateral, and content — supported by our sales, purchasing, and merchandising teams.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan and deliver marketing campaigns, design brochures and spec sheets, update our website and digital content, and ensure our products are presented consistently and professionally across all channels.
You’ll have the freedom to shape how we communicate with retailers, distributors, and re-seller partners — and the backing of an experienced team in sales and merchandising to help turn ideas into reality.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and sales priorities
Create brochures, spec sheets, POS materials, and digital content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
Manage product imagery, copywriting, and layout to ensure clarity and brand consistency
Maintain website content, email campaigns, and trade communications
Coordinate merchandising materials like sample boards and showroom displays
Keep product and marketing data accurate in our ERP system and support campaign performance analysis
What You’ll Bring
Proven marketing experience with the ability to create collateral directly (brochures, digital content, etc.)
Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign/Illustrator
Strong writing, layout, and attention to detail
Ability to take projects from concept to delivery with minimal reliance on external agencies
Excellent collaboration skills with sales, purchasing, and merchandising teams
Combine creativity with strategic analysis — able to design engaging content and interpret performance data to improve results
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in merchandising for retail or trade
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
Exposure to tiles, building materials, or design/architecture sectors
Digital marketing experience (email platforms, CMS, SEO basics)

The Details
Location: GNS Sydney Head Office, located in Glendenning, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
Contract: 12-month fixed term, with the potential to extend or convert to permanent
Review: After 12 months, the role will be reviewed to assess future scope (permanent full-time or part-time)
