Are you passionate about driving quality outcomes across early learning services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established early childhood organisation as their Quality & Compliance Manager, supporting a network of 13 centres across the region.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the CEO and centre leadership teams to ensure compliance, embed best practices, and support services to exceed the National Quality Standard.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting regular audits and compliance visits across services
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
• Providing coaching and mentoring to leaders on regulatory and NQS standards
• Collaborating with management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Supporting centres through Assessment and Rating processes

What we’re looking for:

• A strong understanding of the National Law, Regulations, and NQF/NQS
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (essential)
• Previous experience in compliance, quality assurance, or leadership within early childhood education
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across regional sites
