About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Press Brake and Plasma Operator to join our production team.
You’ll be responsible for operating our CNC Press Brake, CNC Plasma Cutter, and supporting machinery to manufacture precision steel components for our staircase systems.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Press Brake and CNC Plasma Cutter with accuracy and efficiency.

Operate other metal equipment like bandsaws, pipe benders, punches and drill press

Read and interpret production drawings.

Perform basic machine setup, maintenance, and quality checks.

Assist in general fabrication, material handling, and assembly when required.

Contribute ideas to improve workflow and safety.

Requirements

Must have previous experience operating a CNC Press Brake and Plasma Cutter.

Strong understanding of steel fabrication and workshop safety.

Forklift license preferred (not essential).

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
