The Opportunity

• Design and develop secure, modern software solutions that support classified government programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prototype, test and deploy cutting-edge systems.
• Lead and contribute to agile sprints, story mapping, and estimation.
• Integrate external systems (REST APIs, JSON/XML) and enhance open-source platforms (NiFi, Kafka, Elastic Stack, Solr).
• Apply SecDevOps practices through CI/CD automation, containerisation (Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience, performance, and delivery quality.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong development experience with Java or related open-source frameworks.
• Proficient in integration, automation, and complex systems engineering.
• Experience working in secure environments or mission-critical programs.
• Australian Citizenship with active TSPV clearance (essential).
