Availability: Essential for outdoor pool season (November 2025 to March 2026)
Location: Outdoor pools – located at Colbinabbin, Kyabram, Lockington, Rushworth, Stanhope and Tongala
Remuneration: $42.20 per hour (including 25% casual loading)

Are you passionate about water safety and community wellbeing? Campaspe Shire Council is seeking experienced and dedicated Lifeguards to help ensure the safe and efficient operation of Council’s swimming pools. In this role, you'll help ensure our facilities are run in line with Council policies, procedures and industry standards - creating a safe and welcoming environment for all pool users.

We welcome applications from individuals of all ages and backgrounds - whether you’re taking a break from study, exploring a career change, or simply keen to spend your summer working poolside!

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Pool Lifeguard Certificate and industry experience.
• Confidence in responding to emergency and/or first aid incidents.
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Victorian Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
