The Role

You’ll deliver premium services including cutting, colouring, foils/balayage, styling, treatments, and Korean texture work. You’ll consult with care, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and help mentor junior stylists. This role suits someone passionate about blending Western and Korean hair techniques and delivering a high-end client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment services (incl. Korean texture & perms).

Conduct thorough consultations and recommend suitable home-care.

Maintain excellent hygiene and workstation standards.

Contribute to team goals and ensure positive client experiences.

Participate in ongoing training; share knowledge with team members.

Stay updated with both Western and Korean hair trends.

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing (or equivalent).

Minimum 2–3 years of salon experience as a qualified hairdresser.

Strong colouring (foils, balayage, colour correction) and cutting skills.

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

Experience with Korean-style cutting, perm, or styling techniques highly regarded.

Mentoring or training experience is a plus.
