Your Role in Our Community:
As our Community Podiatrist, you will be the cornerstone of foot health for our residents. You'll provide essential services that directly improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
· Establishing and running a monthly podiatry clinic on-site.
· Conducting thorough foot health assessments and providing routine care (nail and callus management).
· Managing a range of age-related foot conditions with skill and empathy.
· Offering expert advice on preventative foot care and footwear.
· Maintaining accurate client records and collaborating with our dedicated care team.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry
Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
Clinical podiatry experience is a requirement
Experience working with elderly clients preferred
Knowledge of age-related foot conditions and mobility issues
Understanding of diabetes-related foot care protocols
Work Eligibility Requirements:
Australian working rights
Current driver's licence
National Police Check
Working with Children Check
