We’re growing and looking for an experienced Tipper Truck driver who can also operate earthmoving equipment for floating machinery to/from site

What you’ll do

Deliver and collect quarry and earthmoving materials across Sydney and surrounds.

Float/load small to medium plant (excavators, skid steers/bobcats) — competent with loading, unloading and correctly chaining/strapping machinery.

Work as part of the on-site crew: hop out to help load materials/attachments and assist around excavation or demolition as needed.

Follow compliance requirements, including truck weights and correct disposal at Sydney waste/transfer stations.

Keep the vehicle clean and presentable; report maintenance needs.

Complete daily pre-start checks, submit timesheets, and get dayworks dockets signed on site.

What you’ll need

Current HR driver’s licence (HR highly regarded).

Proven Tipper driving experience in civil or earthmoving.

Confident with load restraint and machine loading/unloading.

Reliable own transport to/from the depot.

Strong safety mindset, good communication, and a team-first attitude.

Hours & pay

Full-time hourly rate + superannuation (paid weekly).

Minimum 40 hours per week.

Typical hours: 6:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays when required.

Travel allowance: Paid travel of $40.00 p/day to the depot to collect the truck

Locations

Work is primarily across the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Inner West (Sydney metro).

Truck & the our Yard is located in Mascot/ Botany Area
