HenderCare is currently seeking casual Personal Care Workers to attend several home care services throughout: Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Berwick, Dandenong and close-by suburbs.

About The Role:
You will be providing multiple 1-hour personal care services (bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, etc.) with an aim to maximise the service recipients' independence by addressing their needs and building positive home environments.

The ideal candidate will excel in handling multiple 1-hour shifts (weekdays only) by driving to multiple clients home in suburbs above, ensuring consistent opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives we support.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Able to work multiple short shifts per day (Monday to Friday)
- Have previous experience providing personal care
- Must be comfortable driving to multiple clients per day
- Have the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Have strong communication and documentation skills

Required (Mandatory):
- A reliable smartphone compatible with AlayaCare App for roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+)
- Current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (Employee Type)
- Completed Certificate III/IV in Disability or Aged Care
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) & CPR (HLTAID009)
- Current Manual Handling (HLTWHS005)
