We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our payroll team. The position is a fixed term full-time or part-time opportunity commencing as soon as possible until the 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.

The position will be appointed at Level 2 or Level 3, depending on the experience and capability of the successful applicant.

Level 2 – Payroll Support Officer

In this role, you’ll assist with payroll processing, including entitlements, leave, and staff movements. You’ll also provide advice on payroll matters and support the team in delivering accurate and timely services.

Level 3 – Payroll Officer
This role involves delivering high-volume, accurate payroll services and providing advice to employees and managers. You’ll be responsible for processing salaries, wages, and allowances in line with relevant legislation and industrial instruments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who demonstrate:

Payroll experience aligned to the relevant JDF

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent customer service skills
