As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting pest inspections and treatments for new builds, residential homes, and commercial properties — all in line with regulatory standards and company procedures.

What We Offer

Full-time role – 40+ hours per week

Fully paid traineeship

Fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card

Uniform, PPE, iPad, and work phone provided

Advanced equipment and reporting systems

Daily work scheduled by our office team

Occasional Saturday work with additional pay

Starting rate: $27.50/hour (no experience required), plus overtime opportunities

Full support from our scheduling and supervisory team

While you’ll liaise with our Malaga office, regular office attendance is not required.

About Termico

Termico Pest Management is part of the Termico Group, a proudly Western Australian owned company established in 1996. We deliver a range of specialised services including Pest Management, Insulation, Solar Energy Solutions, Bushfire Assessments, and Private Certification of Design Compliance. We service the Perth metropolitan area as well as selected regional locations.

Our Traineeship Program

Our industry-leading traineeship combines on-the-job training with in-house classroom learning, leading to a Certificate III in Pest Management. Training is delivered by our dedicated Training Manager in our own training facilities and is recognised by TAFE and overseen by ApprentiCentre to ensure national accreditation.

Initial training is fully supervised, progressing to a Provisional Licence, and ultimately a full licence issued by the Pesticide Safety Division of the WA Health Department.

The full qualification typically takes 12–14 months to complete.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

A current WA driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong reliability and punctuality

Ability to work independently

A strong focus on health and safety

Flexibility and adaptability

Basic IT skills

Physical fitness to work in subfloors and roof spaces

Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical, Police Clearance, and provide work references

Commitment to completing Certificate III in Pest Management

✅ Candidates must have unrestricted rights to live and work in Australia. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
