About the Role:

Clarity Partners is partnering with a respected Australian surveying and spatial solutions company known for delivering accurate data, practical insights, and reliable support across a wide range of projects.

We are seeking an Engineering Surveyor to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering accurate, timely, and high-standard survey services across a variety of projects. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you’ll contribute to shaping infrastructure and developments that define communities across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver surveying activities across multiple projects, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Uphold health, safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members where required.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support business development initiatives through client engagement and feedback.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in construction or engineering surveying.
• Strong working knowledge of surveying instruments and software.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality.
• Current White Card and driver’s licence (preferred).
